The fully equipped living area of the Evolution incorporates a large L-shaped seating area which converts into a comfortable double bed.  The second double bed is situated above the cabin and can be raised and lowered only when required.  This creates an exceptionally spacious walk-through cab/living area.

3 stalls, 2 horses and 3 ponies (weight restrictions apply).

Unique to Equi-Treks Large Horsebox range, the Evolution is exclusively available with the leisure Vehicle Pack.  This benefits the user in many ways, including;

3.5t GDR Peugeot Boxer Horsebox

Built on a Peugeot chassis, this boxer horsebox has a tack and changing area that is totally separate from the horses.  This incorporates two saddle racks, two bridle racks, a large top shelf and low shelf. There is also additional storage over the cab. 3 front passenger seat belts, reverse/horse viewing camera, sat navigation and no speed limiter.

Booking Process

  1. Call or message 07554 016521
  2. We will call or message you back to confirm availability and price.
  3. If you would like to proceed, we will send you an email with the price quoted and will attach our Contract and T&C’s for your completion and a link for your deposit.
  4. To confirm your booking you need to pay a 25% or £50 deposit whichever is greater. A link for your deposit and balance will be sent to you via email, or your can pay by bank transfer (cash payments are not accepted).
  5. We will confirm your booking once we have received your deposit and signed Contract & T&C’s (if we do not receive your deposit and Contract, your dates will remain available for other customers).
  6. Read our Terms & Conditions and make sure you understand them. By signing the Contract you are agreeing to our T&C’s.
  7. Please forward both sides of your Full UK Card Driving Licence, 2 utility bills showing your current address and dated within 60 days of your hire date and your driving licence code/report, this is obtained from www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk – This is a one time code that will last for 21 days (must be dated within 21 days of your hire date).
  8. The balance of your hire is due the day prior to your hire, either by bank transfer or via SumUp link that was originally emailed to you. The balance includes a refundable deposit £150 (3.5t) £200 (7.2t), which is fully refundable within 5 working days if the box is brought back full of fuel and is clean.

No refunds/transfers will be given for any cancellations if within 7 days of your hire date.

*Deposit payment to secure hire is part of the total hire price, not an addition fee.

When travelling with your horses ALWAY carry their passport as recovery companies may refuse them on their vehicle.

230 miles allowance per full paying day and 35p (3.5t) and 45p (7.2t) per mile thereafter.

Evening prior collection may be available for an additional £20. Horseboxes collected the evening prior are not to be used as part of your intended hire purpose. Tracking devices are monitored 24/7.
